Responsible for the support, configuration, and maintenance of organizations networks at all locations in the US, Canada and Brazil. Support servers and associated software, firewalls, telecommunication systems and lifecycle of HP/Aruba Procurve switching infrastructure from data center cores to remote offices including all IDFs.

• Migrated Alcatel Phone system to Avaya IP Office with Contact Center and expanding IPOCC capability to four remote offices.

• Replaced Canadian offices’ outsourced phone / call center with an Avaya onsite PBX community-networked to the PBX in Hauppauge NY to add capability to dial by extension and share the IPOCC by utilizing another call tree.

Replacement of enterprise Aruba Wireless setup with Cisco Wireless WLC solution encompassing nine locations including five warehouses / manufacturing areas / clean rooms.

Implemented IEEE 802.1x / ClearPass authentication for wired LAN in conjunction with an IDF switch refresh. Replaced all IDF switches that lacked native 802.1x support in both North and South America with new Aruba 2930Ms stacked. Investigation to determine what should be allowed to connect. Configuration of 802.1x on all switches stacks,

Modernized backbone cabling in Enfield location from one twelve strand one Gig Fiber with IDF pass-through to twelve six-pair home runs, one to each IDF to accommodate growth and provide redundancy.

Replaced eight Juniper SSG firewalls with current corporate standard Palo Alto NGFWs utilizing Panorama in 2018.
