● Successful implementation of the Company’s Website and Intranet
● Successfully implemented a procured Cloud Based Off-the-Shelf Case Management System, which improved turnaround times of investigations, and improved reporting accuracy/efficiency. The project team consisted of a selected software vendor and members from the internal Business Units
● Managed the development and implementation of the On-Premises Interim Gaming Management Information System (IGMIS), replacing the existing Legacy GMIS System. This project team also included End Users from the core Business Units and an external software development company
● Successful implementation of a procured ID Printing System within the Company. This system was also integrated with the Interim Gaming Management Information System (IGMIS) and Access Control System
● Developed RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and oversaw the bidding processes for assigned projects
