Duties: is responsible for maintaining all records in an accurate and timely manner. Manage all of the day-to-day functions of an office administrator for a small business and all current employees within a human resource role. Verify and apply for new providers credentialing for all license counselor and providers with all participating insurances. Making sure that all clinical sessions are correct for proper billed. Maintain banking statements, payroll, monthly payables and receivables, daily and monthly bank deposits, reconciliations and tax payments, marketing, employee training and continuous educational seminars, data entry of daily patient services with the use of Microsoft, QuickBooks and Medical Manager software systems. Supervisee a group of ten to twelve employees as a Clinical Coordinator. Ability to inform all clinical staff and Physician of daily schedules with good patient flow within the current electronic medical record system (EMR).
Project Leader for new EMR system, provided information system support to the clinical staff and front office to maintain efficient, effective clinical systems through continued onsite at both offices. Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of the clinical information system application and hardware within the office setting. Help to maintain information system records including users and equipment and ensures the reliability of the medical office data. Problem solving within the office that is related to the All-scripts Electronic Medical Records application including initial orientation and continuing education of the system to maintain proper use. Assist the Physician with daily patient care training an OB/GYN setting, ability to order and retrieve patient laboratory results. Well verse in office management knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to work as a team member for the best outcome of patient care.
