Personal Statement:
I have a strong passion for human resources! I believe success is almost inevitable when a company prioritizes its ability to ensure its employees feel welcome and appreciated. While some parameters for appreciation are broader than Growth management, Performance management and recognition, and Work-Life Balance and Morale, these make a strong statement in paving a pathway.
I know what it is like to be committed to an organization, both in spirit and contractually, and be one of the many at the bottom of the list of importance. In contrast, I have also had the pleasure of feeling abundantly respected by a company. Having lived and witnessed both, the detrimental effect of a company and its human assets when the latter does not prevail is more than enough to drive me to want to contribute to change.
A strong need for foundational stability in the human resources function motivates me to utilize my natural sense of personnel management experience, organization skills, and process improvement to ensure that the core of a company, its employees, can concentrate on gaining a competitive advantage because they are confident that their employer has their back. “Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough, so they don’t want to.” Sir Richard Branson Mahogany Booker ************@*****.*** 254-***-**** LinkedIn Cypress, TX 77433
