When my number one underwriter was offered a position at a start-up mortgage bank, was

inclined to go with her. She was a major part of my team and the idea of building a company

from the ground up was exciting. was the fourth account executive hired and hit the ground

running.

In less than a year was a top producer in every category and the bank was expanding rapidly. It

was fulfilling to help build Pinnacle, but it was being sold to a huge corporate bank and it was time

for me to leave. After over twenty-five years in the industry, retired from mortgage banking

altogether to work with my husband on our growing appraisal management company, PCA.

was much smaller than Wells Fargo, the timing was right for me to leave corporate America and

get back to smaller, client-focused banking.

production every year. After a massive management and policy change, decided to leave

corporate banking and go back to a more customer-service oriented bank.

After one year, was given the opportunity to become an account executive. was given a

territory where our company had no presence. Within three months, was managing over 50

retail broker accounts and had become a top producer; part of the President’s Club every year.

also facilitated trainings and seminars in FHA and VA loan production.

Western Sunrise Mortgage was purchased by Wells Fargo in 2001 and stayed on as an account

executive.
