Re-file patient folder back in our filing system, placed new pharmacy orders for patients almost every call. Some times medication didn't arrive before patient or it arrived unusable I would rush ship a new order out, track their new package to ensure it arrived and to ensure they received it, following up with the patient to make sure it's in good condition so they can take their treatment as planned.
