Advised 30 Executive Officers, Command Sergeant Majors, and soldiers on the Department of Defense (DoD), Equal Opportunity Program (EO), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program, and Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Program’s (SHARP) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitated focus groups and trained 4,000 soldiers within the brigade on EO, EEO, and SHARP.

Served as a mediator and victim advocate, as well as a client intake specialist. Performed interviews with clients, tracked the status of formal and informal complaints, and ensured data was entered into a web based system in accordance with required standards of service and accuracy. Utilized command climate surveys and Staff Assistant Visits to assess the EO, EEO, and SHARP program.
