*Fayetteville Mirrow Lake Dam

Did concrete rehab\ maintenance on the dam system.

*Fayetteville Ann Street

Erosion control. Built a barrier wall to stop the river from eroding the existing roadway.

*Holly Springs Road Widening/Bridge

Widening project by turning the existing two lane highway into a four lane. Build a new bridge in place as the old bridge was used for traffic. Once completed we transferred the traffic over to the new bridge, to then demo the old bridge and complete the other side.

*Chapel Hill Barrier Wall

Drive sheet pile. New Barrier wall system needed for a water sewer replacement job due to new townhomes and apartments.

*(All Edgecombe jobs used 110 ton cranes and sandbags to divert water from creeks as needed.)*

*Edgecombe County #78 Tarboro, NC

Demoed the existing bridge and poured back double barrel box culvert, Peri and wood forms. Three walls and approximately 1/8 mile asphalt replacement.

*Edgecombe County #54 Tar River, NC

Demoed the exsisting bridge and rebuilt a new one with two spans of cored slab beams. Asphalt replacement and barrier rails needed.

*Edgecombe County #29 Tarboro, NC

Demoed the exisiting bridge and poured back a cast in place box culvert using Peri forms. Asphalt replacement needed.

*Lake Orange Dam Rehab Hillsborough, NC

Rehab the dam by replacing the face and riser box. Re-pour the outflow area with new concrete.

*CSX Bridge Cary, NC

Install a temporary track system. Move trian over to temporary track. Demoed exsisting railway bridge. Build a new trian bridge, which over passes Carpenter Firestation Road.Poured decorative walls on all four sides of the roadway using Sika form liners.

*Carolina Springs NC with multiple Phases

This is a multiple phase project. I managed and completed the bridge phase. This consisted of two spans cored slab box beams. This project is for future subdivisons and roadways that will connect to the new school system.

*Wake County NC

Consists of a three span overpass bridge. The bridge needs to be demoed and rebuilt while there are four lanes of traffic underneath. Conventional girders with wood decking flooring.

**All Fred Smith Jobs I have already completed or almost completed. I manage five differnt crews, input time and daily reports on the heavy jobs app, read blue prints, attend daily meetings, order supplies, schedule subcontractors,trucks and any materials needed, do daily safety meetings and toolbox talks, and manage multiple jobs daily to make sure they stay on schedule.**

*July-12-2021 until May-02-2022 Freyssinet, Sterling, VA Superintendent - Overseen the Ocean Isle Beach Bridge rehab project. Resurfaced six spans. Did deck repairs on exsisting spans. Reworked all expansion joints and replaced all the foam seals. Poured elastomeric concrete. Repaired caps and columns with form and poue methods. Replaced bearing pads as needed,and bridge jacking. Performed barge work to repair footers and continuity of rebar. Installed pile jackets. Hand patched other concrete that was needed. Removed exsisting water lines from the bridge. Epoxy painted caps. Removed Exsisting bridge railing and replaced with new. Manage the whole job from materials,schedules, meetings, payroll and training.

*April- 2018 – July-2022 – Johnson Brothers I-20 Birmingham, AL

*Superintendent – Run precast yard, closure pours, pour concrete segments, Caps & Columns, build towers, build false work erect segments, manage 6 crews, attend mandatory weekly meetings, track and report timesheets, assist in recruiting new hires, on call 24/7 for issues or concerns that may arrise, attend any and all training sessions, assist other management/team members where needed.

*12/02/19 - Relocated to Grand Rivers, Ky – Cofferdam and Lock Project - Efco forms for lock and dam pieces, drive sheet pile, barge work, pour concrete, build templates, build armour walls, manage crews and daily timesheets, maintain a safe work environment with meetings.

*4/11/20 – 1/4/21 Beaumont, Tx – IH-10 replacement and widening – Oversee all dirt work and underground drains, set barrier walls, manage crews, oversee sub-contractors for concrete paving and asphalt paving, erect MSC walls, build temporary detours, demo main lines and redo, maintain daily timesheets and safety meetings

*1/5/21 – Present Dallas, Tx – I35 Rehabilitation Project Project Superintendent, Certified Traffic Control Supervisor. - Rehabilate 12 miles of highway and 12 bridges, Partial and full deck depth repairs on bridges and roadway (concrete and asphalt). Pour concrete flumes, move temporary barricades as needed, construct roadway closures, land closures, assist and oversee sub-contractors, keep job moving on schedule, maintain nightly/daily safety meetings for employees and sub-contractors, vertical overhead patches and columns, caps, diaphrams and girders, mill roads and shoulders to overlay with asphalt, repair gores, sidewalks and curbs, attend weekly TXDOT progress meetings, schedule trucking and order equipment, submit work orders for equipment repairs.

*October, 2017 to April, 2018 – PCL, Manteo, NC

*August, 2012 – December, 2015 – LNH Finishing, Huger, SC Foreman- Built and installed custom cabinetry, operated table saws, miter box, nail guns, routers, and other various wood working tools.

*February, 2008 – August, 2012 – Norment Securities, Raleigh, NC Foreman- Installed windows, doors, door sets, closures, welded steel frames, installed and built inmate beds, tables, toilets, quality controller for block masons for windows and doors frames.
