As a Delivery Manager at Offshore SHOP TO ACTIVATE (S2A) Bundle operating from Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad Kolkata and Delhi my key focus area was to ensure delivery and support handling automations, and application availability to customers. I also encouraged team to have more focus on Process Improvements and value additions. This contribution increased efficiency of Comcast business either by doing automation or suggesting best practices and process which would save man hours.
