Administrative Assistant- Worked directly under the Office Director, Project Manager, and Project Supervisors in the Melbourne satellite office. Responsibilities included invoicing, AIA billing, entering timecards and expenses for employees, and ordering supplies. I also worked directly with the Miami corporate offices accounting department regarding account payables, receivables, and the Human Resources departments hiring process.

Accounting Tech/Human Resources/Payroll- Job Duties included AP/AR, all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll along with Administrative duties. Solely ran semi-monthly payroll, recorded and reconciled all deductions and taxes, and reconciled all accounts pertaining to daily operations. I worked for the CFO, preparing the monthly invoicing for Commercial and DOD/Government clients in QuickBooks. I was responsible for seeking and obtaining a new Payroll service, cutting costs for the company 30% annually. In addition, aiding the CFO in implementing a new web based time card system; while developing a new training manual and PowerPoint presentation regarding employee training for UNANET time keeping.

I entered and reconciled expense reports and time cards for over 200 employees along with personal and corporate expenses for management and employees in Port St. Lucie and New Orleans. Achieved proficiency in Deltek Vision, aided in estimates and take-offs; ordered supplies along with scheduling vendors and subcontractors and posting payments to ledger. I worked closely with the Port St. Lucie School Board for hurricane recovery efforts after storms Frances and Jeanne, Philips and Jordon, the Army Corps of Engineers for hurricane recovery efforts following Katrina and New Orleans.
