FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automotive), Automated Driving Lead Dec 2010 – Mar 2017 Lead on functional integration of Eco-Adaptive Cruise Control on 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Designed and developed features to integrate GPS/map data, vision fusion including sign recognition to meet all existing and pending regulatory requirements for ACC. Led several ADAS features for multiple vehicle platforms.

ACC integration utilized long range radar and forward facing camera system with development of unique fusion bus specification.

Lead for multisensory data (Lidar, Radar, Camera, GPS & inertial sensors) fusion strategies to implement LDW/LKA and AEB systems.

Responsible for the generation of US$15 Million sales of MEMS products. Spearheaded technical sales activities for Automotive and consumer hand held device customers in North America. Identified opportunities & coordinated development teams to align product features with customer requirements & developed technology roadmaps. Successfully branded “MEMS on Board” platform technology that included pressure sensors, accelerometers, infrared sensor arrays, and silicon microphones. Leveraged the technology strengths within the organization to successfully negotiate development agreements with customers for the MEMS based products such as pressure sensors, thermopile array, silicon based diffractive lens and silicon microphone arrays. Co-founded Sensfab (wafer fab) and Senzpak (MEMS packaging) for the design, development, manufacturing, test & calibration of sensor products. Visteon/Autoliv, Sensor Product Program Manager 1999 – 2002 Responsible for sensory architecture for the safety restraints control system. This included single and dual axis accelerometer, angular rate sensor and a Z-axis accelerometer. Successfully implemented sensors in new vehicle programs to meet NHTSA requirements. Interfaced with cross-functional engineering teams that included Hardware & Software group, Algorithm development group, Application group, Test engineering and Sales & Marketing.
