Studies production schedules to staff lines for completion of job assignment. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Knowing the correct product being run for the day. Ensure we are running as close to target as possible. Any misshaped products, low temps, low or high weights, stop and advise lead person and supervisor and QA.
