I have been working in the engineering profession since 2007 starting from site Engineer, office Engineer,Construction Operation Head positions as employee in the construction of High rise buildings, Bridges and Asphalt Concrete highway road projects and finally General Manager of my own construction company in different project sites such as residential apartment houses, bridges and access road works in Ethiopia for more than 14years and also I have certified Professional Engineer IV as certified by the Ethiopian Ministry of Construction.

-Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) as per RFI

-Preparation, review and submission of Shop drawings to the client and distribution of approved drawings to Forman’s for implementation.

-Executing all structural and finishing works with prior planning and coordinating with electrical and mechanical services.

-Ensuring all tasks are completed on time with agreed budget.

-Preparing of daily, weekly & monthly work progress reports.

-Monitors work in progress and prepares report of the status of each assignment.

-Monitoring the works and ensuring works are done with all safety measures.

-Coordinating with consultants & sub-contractors to give out the best as per client requirement.

-Submitting materials to consultant and clients and taking approvals from them before starting of work.

-Preparing of payment for sub contractors as per their work progressed and also as per main contractors payment quantity.
