PIONEER OF MAJOR OPERATIVES in Pediatric Surgeries at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College (Anorectal Malformations / Hirschsprung’s disease, Spinal Dysraphism, Pediatric Urological including Pyeloplasties, Ureteric Reimplantation, Hypospadias, etc and Pediatric Emergencies).

Successfully operated on 6 months child with largest Meningomyelocele (extending from 1st thoracic till 5th lumbar vertebra).

Successfully performedthyroidectomies with blood loss less than10ml.

Performing Heller’s Cardiomyotomy with Fundoplication ( for Achalasia Cardia ) with blood loss less than 10 ml.

Successfully excised a huge Mesenteric Cyst adherent to transverse colon and inferior Mesenteric vessels, intact, with blood loss less than even 5 ml.

Successfully operated on Hypospadias and variants (including redo/failed Hypospadias elsewhere).

Successfully operated on more than 1000 patients with appendicitis (with all possible complications) since May 2011.
