Managed all aspects of engineering and maintenance, including roof operations, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, operations, Contracts and general event coordination. Supervised training, budget, scheduling, safety, capital, and special projects. Managed several divisions and numerous employees for high profile events with the Seattle Mariners. Supervised all outsource trades.

Managed the production and installation of Retractable Roof Transport System at SAFECO Field. Supervised trades, contracts, procurement, blue prints, payroll and rigging. Provided training, safety, budget, maintenance of electrical and the mechanical components, coordination of inspections and commissioning, meetings and assessments. Wrote the operation and maintenance manual. Worked closely with the city of Seattle, engineers, Architects and public staff. Project budget $50 Million, overall $450 Million. Hunt Kiewit was GC.
