Responsible for introducing and setting up 5 Makino A81 from Japan and US, also introduced 3 Barnes honing machine from US.

Responsible for NPI fixture and tooling selection,documents ready,operator training and put into mass production.

Completed products process validation on machine, CMM,SPC,surface finish and manual inspection data all meet prints requirement,control plan,PFMEA,standwork documents all be ready.

Honing tooling and fixture localization, cost reduced 80%
