Responsible for the development, programming, operation and support of the SAS®-based Subscriber Line Usage Study (SLUS), a sample-based telephone usage data warehouse. Designed and implemented statistical sampling of customer accounts.

Data Processing Experience

Experience in developing discrete system simulations. Also, accustomed to working with applications such as Microsoft Office. Data sourcing experience with ORACLE and Microsoft SQL Server. Some experience working with Microsoft SHAREPOINT.
Analytical Experience
Extensive experience in preparation of data for analysis and reporting. Data analysis using applied statistical techniques, including statistical sampling, hypothesis testing, econometric modeling, demand analysis, and exploratory techniques. Have also created graphics for data visualization and dashboards. Recently took coursework on Machine Learning. Starting the process of learning Python.

Extensive experience working with the SAS System on several platforms including OS/390, VM/CMS, OpenVMS, LINUX, and WINDOWS. Applications and analytical work performed with BASE SAS, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/STAT, SAS/OR, SAS/ETS, SAS/INTRNET, SAS ACCESS TO ODBC, SAS/CONNECT and ACCESS TO ORACLE. Also participated in the installation and use of the WINDOWS-based SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) products at Regions including the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office and other SAS BI tools. Worked daily with the LINUX-based SAS Grid and various BI components. Accustomed to working in Display Manager, SAS Enterprise Guide®, and various batch facilities. Responsible for support of the SAS System on OpenVMS and WINDOWS machines, including installation of new versions, maintenance, user support, and teaching. Some exposure to SAS Viya® and SAS Studio.
