I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. I am currently seeking employment either full or part time. I have extensive experience as a receptionist/medical receptionist and administrative assistant. I am very motivated and ready to find a career; not a job, that I can retire from! I love the medical field because I know that I am the face of the clinic or facility and treat all as family when they walk up to me; whether coming in or leaving. I work in a single doctor, same day clinic. I check patients in and out, update demographic information utilizing Athena Health software, enter charges for certain procedures, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, contact hospitals or other physicians etc. as needed. I also handle all medical records, faxing and pulling charts for the following days appointments. I have several years experience with EMR.

I worked alongside two other clerks in the women’s health unit. I checked patients in and out, answered a multi-line phone system, scheduled appointments, contacted hospitals or other physicians etc. as needed. I worked at the front desk and was the first point of contact to contractors, customers, etc. I answered multi phone lines, worked along side the office manager assisting her with accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and any other clerical duties as needed. Additional Information

I have over 20 years of customer service experience and clerical experience. I am very outgoing, personable, and punctual. I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. I was born and raised in Springdale. My grandfather was a minister and Pastor for over 30 years in Springdale and was the business office administrator for NWMC 48 years ago. He has long since passed but between him and my mother, (who has also passed), raising me, I was given the tools to take care of myself. I will give further insight as to my lack of work from 2016 to the present. I’ve been doing side jobs but my son is disabled and that’s what we live on. This is why I am seeking employment desperately. I am very flexible with the hours and schedule. I do like a steady schedule but will always do my very best to compromise for the good of the team!
