I began working as the Client Contact Manager right after I left Direct Energy. I was this location’s Account Manager while I was with Direct Energy. I oversaw agents at an outside call center. I would coach and train agents who had been designated to answer our calls. Taught them about how to use rebuttals to get calls booked and improve their bookable conversion. I did this for over a year, until we decided to bring our calls back in-house. I then oversaw the Inbound Call Takers in our office. I then worked as lead coordinator for our Sales Team setting up sales calls and offering protection plans on new equipment and assisting with dispatch. I finally moved into a sales position where I sold protection plans to clients on their equipment full time. Over the last year, I sold over 600 protection plans for our locations.

I worked in the Phoenix Call Center booking appointments for Home Services Contractors all over the country. I did this for about 5 years before moving into the Research Assistant where I would listen to calls that had our client’s concerned. I would listen to the calls, make notes for the agent’s supervisors for coaching on the issues I found; like not quoting a service fee or shortening the arrival window or booking a sales call in a service window. I did this for about 2 years before I moved into the Account Manager Position. Here is where would interact with about 40+ of our Contractors, to help them to navigate the Call Center Services for their benefit. I would make sure they understood what it is that we did and helped them create internal documents for our agents listing their locations specific needs. I would also compute & discuss the agent’s conversion to help them increase their business. I did this for about 3 years until the Phoenix Call Center was closed.
