Cofounded Training Workz, a consultancy organisation, with G Balagopal, to design and deploy transition management plans for highly ambitious enterprises on a architecture named DEFOG. Worked on ‘1000-day consulting format’ on a 4-step growth management model (process leadership with people participation) with about 12 companies with varying rates of success.

1.As the principal consultant, conceptualise and visualize, entire strategic business content right from sales to engagement to execution.
2.Design and ensure buy-in of key leaders and opinion makers including trade unions to the overall growth plan and system building.

Vital Achievements:
1.Turned around the western region of Hindustan Latex Consumer Business Division – Transformed the region from worst to best in one year time, business growth target achieved, process review system installed, distribution channel reduced from 3 tier to 2 tier, etc. Now a 1000 Cr Rs firm.
2.Nitta Gelatin (Japanese global firm with KSIDC tie up, goal on profitability from BEP to 10% net in 3 years through 468 initiatives conceptualised and executed. Worked intensely with two MDs in the period and while they led from B2B to B2C . Now a 250 Cr Rs firm.
3.Eastern Condiments Ltd. Conceptualised and planed the 1000 Cr INR dream, led them through the DEFOG process, of process design, leadership augmentation, VC fund acquisition, to eventually achieving a dream ratio of 2x EV on turnover resulting in 26% stake divestment with an MNC.
4.Build a network of 20 trainers across the country to deliver central modules to field force.
5.Was the seminar leader twice for doing a one day seminar for 1000 School principals.
5)December 1999 to March 2003 – Head of DD Associates Training Solutions, Pune.

DDATS was founded by Cdr Dipak D Naik, after he left the Navy. He was the pilot faculty and Train The Trainer Master of PE International in IndiaThe firm was also into EIA (Environment Impact Assessments) including flora and fauna damage, and was retained by MoEF (Ministry of Environment & Forests, GoI) to advise on major projects.
