Build embedded lice counting system

• Clarify requirements with general manager to make Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

• Research and select AI model and AI hardware for embedded lice counting system.

• Plan split embedded lice counting system into sub-project (fish detection, fish segmentation, lice detection project) for whole embedded lice counting system from HW AI to AI model. Responsible building AI model (fish detection, fish segmentation, lice counting):

+ In embedded lice counting system, the AI model will be run on Nvidia Xavier, Rasp Pi4 for segmentation, fish and lice detection corresponding.

+ Make a pipeline from fish detection, and fish segmentation, lice counting for AI model. The embedded lice counting consists of three AI model:

• The YOLOv5 that detect fish in the RTSP stream (from camera under water), next to the fish images will be save on HDD storage.

• From fish images on the HDD storage, the YOLACT model (tensorrt format) that segment fish image into separate fish image.

• From separate fish image, the YOLOv5 that detect and count lice on separate fish image and save the number of lice into report.

• The report will be send government by operator.

Build AI model that detect defect on the building. Responsible building AI model:

• Meeting with customer in order to get requirements (how many classes for AI model ?, how do we annotate image?, how to show MVP for end user ?, etc) and clarify requirements with customer.

• Brainstorming with SW team (back end, front end) to find solutions for integrate AI model into system.

• Support front end, back end to build an web app annotation
