Mr. Vinh is a senior leader/manager with experience in all phases of project implementation and construction management through site selection, feasibility study report, bidding document preparation, contract negotiation and site construction management for combined cycle power projects, coal fired power projects and oil fired power projects, etc up to hand over to the end-user;
He has also had managerial experience on every levels in construction/installation works for Oil Fired, Combined Cycle and Coal Fired Power Projects, etc….
He has over 20 years experience working with EVN and PVNs’ subsidiaries and has operated as a General Manager, Site Manager, Mechanical Leader, Senior Coordinator/ Mechanical Engineer/ Engineering Engineer.
He has over several years experience in wind power project development from beginning stage.
With one year working for DHIC as OEM General Manager, his duties covered the sale development works for equipment to serve the O&M works for the coal fired power plants; development the none-OEM works;
