Authored supportability strategies IAW DA Pamphlet 700-56 to develop the framework for the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program.
Conducted a Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) for Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) hardware, MIL-SPEC hardware used in missile field facilities, and conducted Provisioning Analysis (PA) studies to establish optimal spare(s) requirements.
Monitored the movement of mission critical equipment to Ft. Greely, AK, Thule Air Base, Greenland, and RAF Fylingdales, UK, to support Upgrading of the Early Warning Radar (UEWR) sites.
Coordinated with the Air Clearance Authority (ACA) at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio, to successfully transport 45 Booster Motors and Interceptor warheads on-time without incident to classified locations over a four (4) year period.
Designated as Principal Logistician and SME for transportation matters associated with the movement of missile hardware to OCONUS locations. All objectives met.

Project Leader developed and implemented a Material Management System to capture Hubble Space Telescope (HST) program materials / resources located at contractor facilities worldwide. Managed 15+ diverse skilled workers.

Designed and implemented the Satellite Resources Management and Tracking System (SARMATS) to manage NASA’s HST assets and to support on-orbit maintenance for the estimated 15 – 20 year on-orbit life of the program.
Identified life-cycle component requirements critical to support the HST on-orbit maintenance missions by identifying components no longer available through suppliers. Initiated urgent procurement action.
