4.Technique sources and method of engineering construction, maintenance, operation, design and repair of utilities system and facilities.

5.Accessing the environment risk and impact related to projects.

6.Organizing, monitoring and directing progress through out each phase of a project.

7.Designing, planning and managing maintenance and construction of building structures and facilities.

8.Consult among organization staff and manpower to make sure suitable use of personnel.

9.Decides necessities, offer designs, establish plans and direct functions, repairs, modifications, addition, maintenance, and construction of utility and amenities system.
