· I am excellent at managing my routine during my med passes, I have medicated anywhere from 32 residents to 100 residents. Ranging from residents with basic medications to enteral medications, to transdermal medications.
CAREPLANS
· Working in different homes I have been able to learn many types of care plans. I can develop nursing processes, RAI-MDS learned how to complete it while working at Riverside Place will need a refresher but I am a quick learner, completed all assessments while I was DOC at Shoreview, Assessments at the hospital and developed the care plans with more in-depth details regarding appropriateness for Resident to move in.
