Ran restaurant every day from open to close. In charge of over 15 employees, hiring, firing, scheduling, training, payroll. Marketing and advertising for local events. Purchasing of Alcohol for bar section and oversee food purchasing with Kitchen Manager. Met with sales representatives weekly for new products. Created Menus, set up tastings, promote local breweries and arrange for events at restaurant, such as tastings and promotions. Hired live entertainment for events. In charge of making sure restaurant ran smoothly on a daily basis. Constant communication with customers who came in and got opinions and ideas. Was lead of all of the other patient service representatives and was able to help them with any issues or concerns they had. I trained new employees that were hired. Also, did the basics, such as filing, scanning, record keeping. Also was a trainer at multiple locations for the roll out of the new computer system called Epic.

I have been a receptionist and at many places like, Wilke Window and Door, started as receptionist, promoted to cabinet designer for the design group. 2006-2008. Empire Comfort Systems, started as receptionist and promoted to customer service representative. 2004-2006. Also have worked at Hardee’s, started as a temporary office assistant, then hired as executive assistant and promoted to a marketing manager for 31 restaurants shortly after 2002-2004. I have also been an administrative assistant at Robert Half 2000-2002. Between 2008 and 2013, I was co-owner of a roofing company that I was in charge of everything except the actual roofing and this allowed me to stay at home and work and be with my children for 5 years.
