Managing Backlog: Analyzing customer’s booking to come up with possible daily producing capacity, planned materials quantity, and completion timeline how to make sure the business is under control.

Set quarterly, monthly, and weekly shipment targets.

Responsible for Daily Forecast Report: reporting daily Revenue, Shipment, Booking, Past due, Scrap, On Time Delivery. Analyzing daily production performance how to ensure everything moving as scheduled.

Responsible for sending Early warning to production team: Analyzing the production timeline to track all late jobs and push expediting to bring them back as scheduled.

Meeting with CSR/Sales & Customers to reschedule the ship date if needed.

Analyzing QTA report on system to find out jobs which are moving behind the Timeline, delayed due to quality issues, delayed In process or due to Capacity to push expediting.

Managing Spare Finish Goods, recommend items to be purged.
