I was the GM of the TekDisk multimedia service information manual division. This was the first multi
user, network authoring environment for Technical Publications, the first interactive CD-ROM publishing systems where a group of content experts could take actual equipment, make digital photos, add scanned schematics, motion MPEG1 videos, and hyperlink from points on the schematics to physical points in the units, such as TVs, VCRs, appliances, or Bell Jet Ranger Helicopters. I created the Techdisc concept and wrote the business plan, and shopped it around - finally Vicom gave it a home.
