I remained in the role of the Clinical Coordinator for 5 years. On this 34 bed unit, I provided care for orthopedic, neurosurgery, vascular and medical/surgical patients. Patient to Nurse ratio was 6 patients to 1 RN on 7am to 7 pm. Gained knowledge of JACHO Rules and Regulations that applied to the field of nursing and hospital facilities.
