Checked in and gave clearance for delivery trucks, visitors, and new employees. Made hourly rounds of John Deere’s premises. Observed security cameras for the entire plant and parking areas. I have been on a crew welding, running pipe, and using different equipment at plant. I have also been doing metal fabrication work at our Millwright building. durring the last few months I have been working by my self at Imerys Fused Minerals located in Greeneville completing machine instilations and maintenence safety work. My position with the company has given me opertunities to operate and use different heavy equipment and machines related to building and maintaining structures and facilities.
Scepter Greeneville, Inc, TN May 2015- September 2016 I was hired in as a Maintenance Tech my job and duties were to help Maintain the equipment and furnaces for the production. I preformed Daily P.M. and also worked with the PLC,s for the machines helping to Troubleshoot problems. I was also able to work with the engineer at Company to design and create fixtures and parts to help aid in the Production process. Fabricating, changing out electric motors, and chasing Down electrical problems were at the top of my to do list and tasks. Imery Fused Minerals of Greeneville, TN Jan 2017 - Present I was hired straight in with the company as a Maintenance technician. My role in the company was to perform daily P.M.s and help keep the plant, machines and machinery running as smooth as possible. This often inteled changing out electric motors, hydraulic pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic solenoids, and many other parts necessary to keep the production of product moving forward. I was often needed to troubleshoot electrical issues with machines, motors, and drives. Other times it was necessary to fabricate or redesign equipment to better suit the needs to help facilitate the certain process which was often achieved by working with production management and production employees.In my time with the company I have since become the lead maintenance technician and the individual for which my supervisor often relies on to brainstorm ideas and take initiative with projects and problems.
