Lifted, carried, and transported 136lbs patient a day, multiple times a day. To and from bed, to and from bathroom and shower,in and outside of the home parameters, to and from car for transportation.
Provided companionship and compassionate care to special needs client, assisted in daily activities such as but not limited to; showering/personal hygiene, clothing changes, make up, skin care, mani and pedis, physical therapy exercises, arts and crafts, games, emotional support, handed out daily morning meds, attended doctors appointments and weekly errand runs to grocery, pharmacy, mall, or special events and holiday activities. Performed light house work duties daily, and weekly deep cleaning. Dishes, dusting, bathroom, laundry,clean new bedding, vacuuming, garbage, disposing of medical waste, organization of sleeping quarters, and family area of home. Caring for animals. patient had 3 dogs *boxer, pit, and jack Russell terrier*. I cleaned up after them and fed and watered them daily, and gave them attention and playtime/ yard time with client to boost her morale, and provide emotional support.
