Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate department
Take payments from defendants and apply it to appropriate case
Serve warrants and collect money for those
Clear warrants in system and assign defendants appropriate court date
Enter all violations and assign appropriate court dates for all citations written by the Sheriff’s Deputies, Arkansas Highway Patrol, and Arkansas Game & Fish Officers written in Johnson County
Assist defendants with making payments on their cases online
Assist the Clarksville Police Department, Johnson County Prosecutors Office and Johnson County District Court as needed

Check for new leads and hand them out to the correct salesperson at the correct dealership
Writing spiff checks for salesmen & service technicians
Making and printing temporary tags for all vehicles we sell, test drive & transfer tags for vehicles we have purchased

Make & print direct Liens for vehicles that have been purchased
Log into Ford & Chrysler websites, print off invoices & stock in all new units we have ordered before they hit the lot
Hand write Thank You cards to every person who purchases a vehicle
Send out survey notices to every person who purchases a brand new vehicle
Learn who my bosses DO want to talk to & DON’T want to talk to & handle them accordingly
Make oil change appointments for the service department
Greet all incoming customers
Enter all vehicle keys that are on the lot into our key system, tag them & put them in our key case
Make PO’s for contract work done on vehicles & write checks for them
Order items through eBay or Amazon that are needed for customers vehicles and also make PO’s for those purchases
Order some office/finance products & some products for detail
Keep track of who got spiffs and the spiff amounts for the last 2 weeks and turn it in to my boss on payroll week
Write letters to the DMV to put with customers paperwork if we haven’t received their title yet
Print out Ford Leads, hand them out to the salesmen & email the customer back

Make folders for all new vehicles that have been checked in, put their owners manual and extra key in them and file them numerically
