Medical health checkup program for all staff, worker, Operator/Driver etc. Conduct Safety induction for new staff, worker, operator/driver and visitor. Conduct daily job specific tool box talk meeting with site engg. Validate Permit to Work system by reviewing the safety measures as prescribed in the work methodology and risk assement and monitoring contractors activity. Detection & Correction of unsafe act & condition.

First aid provide to injuried person by certified first aider. Applyed the work stop notice and EHS violation memo for EHS implimantation/Safe work. Conduct on-site traning for different trade / craft i.e, Height work, Material handling, Life after accident(LAA),Electrical safety(LOTO), Behevior base safety(BBS), Emergency response plan(ERP), etc. Conducting safety seminars & Safety awareness among staff and workers. Conduct mock drill for emergency case like working at height, fire etc. Maintain documentation as required by KEC EHS Management system. Preapare weekly/monthly reports as required to fulfill the Site and head office of KEC. Carried out Pre- Inspection check list of Excavation& foundation work, Tower erection, Stringing, Blasting work etc.
