ENGINEERING ACHIEVEMENTS
DOMINION SOIL AND MATERIAL PROJECTS:
1 Project 1: Nuclear Power Plant - As Project Engineer directed to conduct very precise sediment analyses for the Nuclear Power Plant in Sarnia Ontario.
2 Action Plan: This required 24-hour monitoring of the sediment analysis ensuring during its construction the foundation to be built on was very stable and fully suitable for building. 3 Result: The client was very satisfied with our testing, consulting and assessments. A major U.S. University used the data for research purposes because of the testing accuracy, which was recognition of quality of work. 4 Project 2: 1500 Ouellette Building - Directed to conduct ultrasound analysis testing of pre stressed concrete. 5 Action Plan: Tested concrete to analyze if it needed replacement because of water leaks potentially penetrating cracks. Evaluated safety of the concrete by identifying depth of cracks and load bearing integrity. 6 Impact: The result was that all the concrete slabs were satisfactory to specifications. 7 Notable: Training of 18 summer employees that were university and college students in soil, water, concrete, steel and asphalt testing and additionally trained 6 students at C.T. Soil and Material. 8 Notable: Mackenzie Jailhouse – An addition required manual testing because of tight working quarters (due to lack of space); offered flexibility to the employer and client, completing the project quickly. (Dominion). CONTRACTING AND TRADING INCORPORATED PROJECTS:
Project 1: Bint Jbeil Governmental Building – As Site Engineer directed to complete and finalize the project in corporation with the Project Engineer and keep close look on cost and time needed to be at minimal in relation to labour’s efficiency in performance and quantity of production.
Result: Project was completed within the time limit set with the minimal cost possible in regard to labour and the highest quality of work.
Project 2: Jamil Jaber Governmental Elementary School – As Site Engineer handled the reconstruction of the school from scratch, A to Z, in corporation with the Project Engineer and the Consultant Engineer within the contract time limit of 18 months.
Result: Project was started on January 2008 and finished by June 2009, within the time limit, the minimal obstacles possible and 100 % safety record.
Project 3: Bent Jbeil Trading Shops Center (Souk) – Another wonderful experience as a Site Engineer, I was Responsible to kick in and start the reconstruction of the project, with the help and corporation of the project Engineer and the Consultant Engineer, while looking after the other two projects in progress. I managed to finish the project within 16 months.
Result: Project was started on January of 2009 and to be finished by the end of April 2010, while the other two projects had been finished within the time limit set and the highest degree of efficiency and quality possible.

Union of the Municipalities of the District of Bint Jbeil: Project 1: UMOBJ Agricultural Center – As Project Engineer, I was assigned the completing and finalizing of the project in corporation with the Contractor's Engineer and kept close look on cost and time needed to be at minimal in relation to labour’s efficiency in performance and quantity of production.
Result: Project was completed within the time limit set with the minimal cost possible in regard to labour and the highest quality of work.
Project 2: UMOBJ Rescue Center – The project was established at one of the Union member town, Baraachet. As Project Engineer representing the UMOBJ during the final stages of the construction of the Center I was responsible to inspect the performance of the contractor and subcontractors and inforce the compliance and the completion in accordance to specifications and prerequisites. Result: The Project was completed as planed and a letter of acceptance was issued from the Authorities.
Project 3: UMOBJ Fruit and Vegetable Whole Sale Market – Another wonderful experience as a Site Engineer, I was Responsible to kick in and start the construction of the project, with the help and corporation of the Consultant Engineer, while looking after the some other projects in progress. I managed to finish the project within 14 months.
Result: Project was started on January of 2011 and to be finished by the end of March 2012, and had been finished within the time limit set and the highest degree of efficiency and quality possible.
