Transport both tracheostomy and tracheostomy/ventilator patients via patient transport to appointments such as school, doctor's appointments, etc. • Monitor conditions, perform passive range-of-motion exercises and apply AFOs and hand splints to clients as ordered. Perform physical therapy as ordered per 485-form (stander, walkers), sign language when needed during mealtimes and various exercises per client. • Monitor client for airway patency and swallowing issues while maintaining tracheostomy. Maintain and check equipment daily for functionality. • Foley catheter insertion, care, and maintenance of indwelling catheter 10F/3cc and 12F/5cc.
