Order monthly T-passes online and print invoice to be given to accounting dept for payment. Maintain and coordinate the staff anniversaries and milestone birthday gifts each year. Purchase gifts or gift cards based on what the awardees prefer. Maintain and coordinate Christmas gift cards to the building and security staff. Calls in hardware support when necessary. Changes data structure when necessary to accommodate requests for lists and reports. Develop day-to- day production operations procedures as needed.
