Responsibilities: Manage all Association’s IT/MIS operations that includes software applications, databases, network administration, programming, web site design and management, security, disaster recovery, and user support, yearly IT Audits. Manage annual budget which includes computer equipment, maintenance and consulting contracts, training, web site, and computer supplies. Install PC software and upgrade systems as necessary. Ensures patches and virus definitions are installed in a timely manner. Serves as liaison between end users and computer vendors to ensure timely and appropriate response. Maintains information as to which equipment is under contract and updates contracts when warranties on equipment expire. Also maintains all client PC inventory with contacts. Update and pass out monthly calendars to staff reflecting kitchen duty weeks, staff vacation days and birthdays. Order monthly T-passes online and print invoice to be given to accounting dept for payment. Maintain and coordinate the staff anniversaries and milestone birthday gifts each year. Purchase gifts or gift cards based on what the awardees prefer. Maintain and coordinate Christmas gift cards to the building and security staff. Calls in hardware support when necessary. Changes data structure when necessary to accommodate requests for lists and reports. Develop day-to- day production operations procedures as needed. Provide Telephone support to receptionist as needed.
