● Perform mold changes on Uniloy blow molders from 330 gallon- 275 gallons. Troubleshoot blow molders 3 phase motors and servo motors, conveyor, hydraulic system, electrical system and air when faulted. Fix problem to get blow molders back up in production.

● Maintain cage line of all 6 zones running at all times. Troubleshoot cage lines 6 zones 3 phase motors, rollers, hydraulic pumps,hydraulic system, air system, electrical system and fix problems to get cage line back in production.

● Maintain halo and top bar running at all times. Troubleshoot halo and top bar 3 phase motors, rollers, hydraulic pumps,hydraulic system, air system, electrical system and fix problems to get cage line back in production.

● Monitor & troubleshoot 7 press blow molding lines, 7 sleevers, 7 SWF box erectors, 7 Meta box makers, 7 Tronix labelers, 7 Grinders, 28 hoppers & electronic vacuum valves, 10 vacuum pumps, 5 air compressors, 2 air dryers, 2 Trane chillers, hot melt pots, 3 Silos & overhead conveyor.

● Perform mold changes, resin changes, purging etc for blow mold machine set up.

● Start -up injection molding adjustments to order specs.

● When called on line for repair, troubleshoot problems and make necessary repairs while working safe and trying to keep down time to a minimum.

● Maintain strong communication with production supervisor and make long downtime repairs only when approved by supervisor.

● Perform P.M.S on all machinery when the machine is not running for production, troubleshoot machinery and make any repairs and replace any worn( belts, pulleys, bearings, chains, wires, sensors, sprockets, air lines, filters, reflectors, motors, gear boxes). Lubricate all moving parts, refill all oil tanks & fix any leakages.

● Operate, maintain & perform repairs to Bag feeder, Trombone & Tanabe folder to maintain production running.

● Change & repair pulleys, belts, bolts, air hose, pressure wheels, knife, eye sensors

& springs when necessary to maintain production running.

● Make adjustments when necessary to the Bag feeder, Trombone & Tanabe folder if necessary when line is down to either machine when jams occur to maintain production running.

● Troubleshoot, diagnose & fix common problems and learn from new ones when Bag feeder, Tanabe folder & Trombone will malfunction.

● Always maintain quality productivity being packed and shipped by supervising and maintaining a positive strong communication with packers, feeder & palletizer at all times.

● At times when short handed people, I will have to multi-task to maintain line running, will have to pack, feed, palletize & operate machines, some times for 15-20 min other times for hrs.

● Keep Leary alarm system eye sensors and glue guns always communicating with each other to prevent bad products being packed and shipped.

● Keep the 3M box machine working at all times by making any adjustments needed to keep production running.

● Keep date code print inside the product box and outside the shipped box at all times, when either did not work, had to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and repair asap.

● When glue guns hot or cold stopped working, had to repair by disassembling and unclogging cold glue gun, changing tip on hot glue gun/ unclogging gun removing filter and running all old glue out until new hot glue came out.

● Replace filters on NORDSON tanks, release old hot glue on glue lines and guns while following directions on manual.

● Replaced cold glue valves and lines, swap cold glue tanks and at times troubleshoot and fix cold glue pump failures.

● Worked with maintenance very closely when maintenance was available on any problems that required maintenance help.

● Lead 3rd shift T-2 with little or no supervision. Fisher Printing, Bridgeview, ILL Maintenance, Jogger, Roll Tender April 2013- March 2015

● Receive paper from stacker, jog & and stack on pallet, scan pallet when pellets reach proper weight and with hand jack placed on Lan Tech.

● Order and install rolls of paper according to schedule, remove and install old and new plates on press according to schedule.

● Assist press man run press and make sure paper did not break and product came off press according to manufacturer.

● Perform preventive maintenance on STI stackers, Rima stacker, conveyors & trimmers, Gammerler, conveyors & trimmers which required changing belts, pulleys, bearings, air lines, air cylinders, Blades and bolts.

● When called on to press I had to inspect and diagnose stackers, trimmer and conveyors for the reason the machine had stopped working, repair problem asap to keep production running.

● Operate forklifts & scissor lift when necessary to rich high places and unclog paper bailer, to move heavy loads.

● Worked with little or no supervision once basic mechanical training was done which lasted only 2 weeks, the electrical part of the job I picked up while working with other techs and reading and studying machine manuals during free time.
