Psomas - Project Assistant / Office Administrator - October 2017 to November 2022
Contract Administration - contract intake, review, and negotiations with client, adhering to contract requirements including project close-out.
Monitor Project Budgets - monitor budgets to determine remaining budgets versus work to be completed. If additional funding will be required work with project manager to determine budget required to complete and contact client regarding an Amendment or Change Order.
20-Day Pre-Lien protocols’ and preparation.
Insurance Advocate between Company and Client/Vendors - Obtain Certificates of Insurance per contract requirements.
Retainage Collections – work with clients to collect retainage on the books after Andregg Geomatics and Psomas merger of October 2017 per contract verbiage for final project close-out.
Travel Accommodations’ and Expense Reports.
Maintain Office, Break room, and Kitchen supplies - reorder as necessary.

Accounts Payable - process AP from invoice intake, verification, approval and check run.
Accounts Receivable + Collections - process /post payments including ACH, and make collection calls as aging requires.
Billing - process client invoices along with required back-up documentation (SR or cut-sheets).
Payroll - process time sheets and prepare payroll thru ADP including field personnel with multi- jurisdictional pay levels.
Certified Payroll Reporting - DAS140, DAS142 and weekly certified payroll reports for Union field personnel plus any other reports required by governing agency.
