Other spaces include two commercial tenants (Washington University Geriatric Primary Care and RPI Physical Occupancy and Speech Therapy), Jewish Light, Federation Library, The Mirowitz Center and HJ’s Cafe. Direct 10 staff members. Responsibilities include fleet management, transportation, housekeeping, pest control, security, IT services and maintenance. Also responsible for vacant apartment make readys, completing renovation of new management office, warranty items completion for new Covenant Place II construction, St. Louis County occupancy, HUD and REAC inspections. Created savings through correction of erroneous utility charges( lighting, MSD,etc), personnel vacancies in department and extracting value from warranty work in management office and Covenant Place II. General Contractor representing client on design, engineering and construction of data center infrastructure projects. Projects included cabinet installation with power and HVAC, UPS battery replacement. Project responsibility was from inception and purchasing through client hand over. Washington University -St. Louis, Missouri _ (1998-2019) D IRECTOR OF F ACILITIES AND O PERATIONS, John M. Olin Business School Owner’s representative responsible for capital projects, operations, maintenance and renovation of Simon Hall (144,000 square feet) and Charles F. Knight Executive Center (135,000 square feet). Areas of responsibility included policy setting, space usage and assignment, furniture purchases, mail service, dock operations, event setups, hotel operations, audio visual services, housekeeping and utility upgrades. Also, oversaw Aramark, Bauer Hall Café, Starbucks and Einstein Brother Bagels financial and operations.

• Olin Business School’s representative responsible for managing design and construction of Simon Hall and new facilities for Knight Hall and Bauer Hall (175,000 square feet) at a total project cost of $131M with a one month early completion and a 5% saving on the work.

. Directed department staff of 6 personnel responsible for operations and general services. Responsible for a facility’s and operations budget of $450k and a capital plan of $1.2M.

. Managed an annual RRR budget of $1.4M in Simon Hall and Charles F Knight Executive Center.

• Implemented strategic initiatives including formulation of a safety/emergency preparedness committee, quality and performance measures and assembling a peer liaison consortium. P ROJECT M ANAGER, Capital Projects and Records Division Responsible for master planning, programming, architectural/engineering design, construction administration, and project cost control management for new, renovation, maintenance and utility projects. Building types include: health facility, research, academic, residential, garages, office and commercial spaces. Other projects include labs (clean, trace metal, radiology, wet and dry), dining rooms, kitchens, a fitness center, library, road and utility work . ( $338M over a 10-year period)

• Managed 6 new 200+ cars above and below ground multilevel garage structures as well as an additional level built on an existing garage structure via pin piles. Each project was uniquely designed with features such as thermal plants, chiller plant, netting structures to shield cars from athletic events and shotcrete retaining walls. Awarded the AGC-Concrete Structure Award for 4-story shotcrete work .

• Led project teams in the development of 14 new residential college buildings completed on time and under budget (Stick-Build, Concrete Frame, Hambro and Steel Structures) despite owner changes, weather impacts, labor strikes, flooding and mold problems that had occurred during the course of construction .

• Provided leadership on the Earth and Planetary Sciences Building, a research lab and office building ($44M). Completed 1 month early, under budget by $2.5M and recipient of 5 awards. Anheuser-Busch InBev -St. Louis, Missouri (1989-1998) P ROJECT E NGINEER, Process Engineering Group

Lead Process Engineer role for $8.1M project for the company's first international customer for production Kirin Lager and Ichiban beer at the Los Angeles Brewery. Responsible for piping, pump, valve selection and process system design. Project was completed ahead of schedule with over 10% savings. P ROJECT E NGINEER, Project Management Group

Responsible for developing bid packages and contract documents to execute a variety of capital projects ranging from $.5 to $42M dollars for Anheuser-Busch, Earth Grains, Eagle Snacks, Busch Agricultural Resources and Metal Container Corporation. Work included equipment installation as well as building addition or renovation work. Coordinated field operations with consultants and in-house engineering team members.
