planogram is a diagram that shows how and where specific retail products should be placed on retail shelves or displays in order to increase customer purchases. Planogramming is a skill used in merchandising and retail space planning. A person with this skill is be referred to as a planogrammer. Planograms themselves are also referred to as POGs. By analyzing past and current sales patterns, a planogrammer can make successful recommendations about the number of "facings" a certain product should have on a retail display. The diagram will document how high or low on a shelf the product should display, as well as which products should surround it. The resulting planogram is printed out as a visual to be followed by the part-time help that is often hired to restock retail shelves and displays. This gives executive management of a retail store or chain more control over how products are displayed and allows them to track and improve on the success of their planograms. Planogram components are often included in large space planning and retail space management software applications. Sophisticated applications use other information about the product, such as the amount of inventory left for the product, to build the diagram. The scale and speed of recent development in the UK and Ireland are going to make most maps and plans out of date very soon. Besides new buildings seldom correspond exactly to the original plans in every detail. Unexpected difficulties may cause variations from the original plans or variations may occur accidentally that are economically unfeasible to correct. The purpose of As-Built Surveys is to record such variations to be submitted to the local authorities and allow efficient and smooth hand-over, As-Built Surveys are compiled to show the actual condition of completed projects as they exist for record purposes and / or payment. In addition they can be carried out on existing sites to consolidate the design and minimise delays during fabrication and construction. Our experienced team of qualified surveyors can assist you by developing As-Build Surveys tailored to your needs and the requirements of your projects this is just a excepts what I did. As-built drawings: As-built drawings are prepared by the contractor. They show, in red ink, on-site changes to the original construction documents.

Measured drawings: Measured drawings are prepared in the process of measuring a building for future renovation or as historic documentation. They are created from onsite measurements.

Record drawings: Record drawings are prepared by the architect and reflect on-site changes the contractor noted in the as-built drawings. They are often compiled as a set of on-site changes made for the owner per the ownerarchitect contract.
