Investigated, reserved, and adjusted product liability, industrial disease, hazardous waste and pollution
claims arising in a 20-state area. Reviewed policy history and verified coverage, which included drafting
of reservation of rights letters. Experienced with cost sharing agreements among multiple carriers, use
of joint defense counsel, bulk settlements, mediations and arbitration. Responsible for national
management of the breast implant litigation which required coordination of national and local counsel
and direct reporting to home office.
