I also have some experience with using Python, C++, C#, and various Microsoft suites. Over the last year I have increased my knowledge in SQL and database management while working in the backend of an Appian project. In the backend we were responsible for all deployments, procedures, data insertion/deletion, and general debugging query issues.

[Vehicle Fleet Management]

A rental car company currently has no management system in place to facilitate tracking of vehicles in the company’s fleet as well as maintenance requests. The company has requested that an application be built in Appian that will allow users to manage existing vehicles, add new vehicles, and manage maintenance requests for each vehicle in the fleet from request submission to completion of maintenance.

Data model design for functionality requirements described in the project.

Creation of custom data types, including primary and foreign key relationships.

Database schema to support required CDTs and Record types.

Created a Data Store with Data Store Entities necessary to connect CDTs to the relevant table in the database.

Created actions to enable users to add a new vehicle to the fleet and related actions to enable users to make updates to existing vehicles.
