Sales: assist customers to reference specific items required from product catalogues, source items, quote items, invoice, and supply items and at times sample items if required. Stock Control: regularly review stock moment and classify stock accordingly e.g. fast moving, slow moving, dead stock. Drive Supply chain: as per stock control above ordered replenishment stock on fast moving items or specific customer requested items from the supplier. Supplier management: maintained a good relationship with the various suppliers and ensured stock was received in time to meet customer expectations. Facilitate Customer Payment process: Payments were made with cash, credit card using the speed point machine and electronic funds transfer. Credit Control: Contact customers with accounts due /overdue to assist in cash flow management Reconciling reports: Compare and match transactions with all the supporting documents that were required to assist with customer queries. Goldwagen
Having moved to a new part of the country I began with Goldwagen in April 2021. This was the first opportunity that arose within a month of getting to Johannesburg. In my current role I have full stock responsibility from receiving stock, packing stock on shelves, preparing items for orders going out. Quality control of stock receipted on system and stock being invoiced to customers. After proving my capability in the warehouse, I have taken on more responsibilities in the customer facing interaction and sales.

At Shiraz Auto, from the Parts department I ran a successful campaign with the service and workshop team. The dealership was recognized for the highest number of airbags across all dealerships had participated in that campaign.
