• Secured unprecedented recovery of multimillion dollar federal/state contract and grant overpayments, unsupported billings and questionable costs through management of domestic/overseas financial and performance audits including Physician Payment Sunshine Act, HIPPA and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Produced multiyear cost savings/cost avoidance as principal and external liaison for healthcare and professional services contracting/outsourcing.
