Bartender/Bartender/Server Shift Leader Outback Steakhouse - Sanford, FL 01/2015 - 09/2019
● All of the above restaurant responsibilities listed in this resume were implemented and executed during the course
of working with this company. The only differences were Specialty training that were mandatory for Bar regulations
and proper procedures for legal measurements for each signature cocktail. And legal limits to prevent intoxicated
driving when leaving this establishment. Also, training future servers with the correct specific company guidelines
to ensure repeat clientele and the best quality of service.
Bartender/Bartender/Bartender/Server Captain Stonewood Bar & Grill - Heathrow, FL 03/2004 - 08/2010
● All of the above listed responsibilities were also implemented and executed during the course of working with this
company. There were a few exceptional differences required when becoming a senior staff member, this
included exclusive training in proficient wine knowledge, with monthly training and inventory rotations. All Bar
regulations, with exact required measurements per signature cocktails and legal limit restrictions for preventing
intoxicated driving upon leaving this establishment. We were required to take extensive menu tests to ensure the
exact knowledge of ingredients to prevent any food allergy complications. And to adhere to different
preferences of our guests while dining. Most importantly I was a floor manager who overlooked the restaurant’s
overall dining experience. Engaging in table visits, customer satisfaction, problem solving employee confrontations
or re-cooks. Handling cash draws as well. Always maintaining the atmosphere to be pleasant, smooth, and
obtaining the perfect ebb and flow.
