● Manage a four-person team focused on planning events in the community to bring awareness to HIV and HIV preventive treatment and ending stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. These events include tabling at festivals, college campuses, apartments complexes, the Consulates, and other places we can reach out to underserved people in the community.
● Coordinate for the center to take part in this year's SXSW festival here in Austin with over 150,000 attendees from all over Texas, the United States and some international attendants.

● Co-ran this 35,000 square foot, 500-light grow house with a team of three other experienced growers. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of clones, including cloning up to 3000 clones at a time, as well as pruning and general care.
● Managed the schedules for daily feeding and weekly watering, inspections, and pH testing. Responsible for identifying problems with the grow, and developing and executing solutions. GENERAL MANAGER, independent cannabis club, Los Angeles CA October 2011 - August 2017
● Responsible for every aspect of this 100-light, warehouse-style cannabis grow operation. From germination, cultivation and harvesting to trimming, curing, and packaging, goals were achieved under tight budget restraints.
● Responsibilities included hiring and crew assignments, planning and ordering of materials, management of farming calendars, analyzing of soil, water, and pH balance, nutrient management, maintaining both horizontal and vertical communication, effectively training and integrating new team members, and always staying apprised of new industry developments, methods, and standards.
● Participated in cleanup and rebuild after a major fire caused serious damage.
● Built the indoor grow facility from scratch. Responsible for sourcing labor and contractors for the design and construction of the warehouse operation.
● Supervised all aspects of the build-out, guiding team leaders on instruction, goal-setting, scheduling, and coordination.

● Established this storefront business in the heart of Hollywood with a startup staff of three partners, one front desk worker, and one security guard.
