● Conducted research focusing on dental student mental health particularly during the transition to dental school and mitigating the stress from an increase in credit hours, time commitment and volume of material. My role as a research assistant included conducting literature review, collecting patient data and assessing data quality.

TEACHING

• Head and Neck Anatomy – Helped dental students understand the complex anatomy of the human head and neck via Zoom; held individual and group simulation cadaver lessons via zoom; conducted mock exams with students.

• Systemic Pathology – Met with students via Zoom and discussed general systemic pathologies identified by the course. Created mock exam and quiz questions for students to study from.

• Cariology Lab- Assisted clinical faculty in teaching first and second year dental students class I and II preparations as well as how to restore these preparations with both amalgam and composite.
