Responsible for the training and development of newly hired and existing salespeople. Developing and implementing consistent training program for the 17 different franchise dealerships. Bring structure and organization to the Policies and Procedures in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.

When I was first brought on board as Corporate Trainer the organization did not have a Policies and Procedures manual for the legalities of the automotive business. I developed and implemented a Policies and Procedures manual which had to be trained and signed acknowledgement of the corporate guidelines by all employees who had interaction with customer non public information. Thru audits of contracts 7 individuals were found to be breaking the law flagrantly.

Senior Corporate Trainer responsible for hiring and training 6 Regional Trainers in a consistent and organized environment. Followed up with Training team through observation in classroom of new hires to ensure corporate training program was being delivered consistently. Regions included St. Louis, MO, Jackson, MS, Dallas, Austin and Houston TX; Little Rock, AK; Atlanta GA; Greensboro NC; Tampa, Deland, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Ft. Pierce FL.

My career at Asbury Automotive Group began as a sales person at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon FL.

My exceptional skills and knowledge of the industry progressed my advancement rather quickly. In April 2002 became a Sales Manager/Finance Manager. I hired and trained my own team and in one month after training on a consistent daily regimen our team became the top performing team in the dealership delivering an average 0f 80 cars per month. Asbury Auto Motive sent two executives to my training class disguised as newly hired sales people and after the training class promoted me to Corporate Performance Developer/Corporate Trainer.
