Senior Human Resources Manager, Redstone Arsenal, AL (2020 – Present)

Manages international human resources policies, programs, procedures, and operations of 2,000 personnel across 26 countries. Assists in developing guidance, procedures, and adherence to Department of Army policies pertaining to program execution; provides technical expertise and guidance on HR programs and processes to the United States Army Security Assistance Command Senior Leadership including HR operations, personnel services, workforce structure, performance management, personnel readiness, and casualty operations.

Developed and implemented human resources metrics and data collection to improve effectives of functional areas such encompassing personnel readiness, personnel action, awards, promotions, performance management, and retention; resulted in a 75% increase in personnel readiness across the workforce.
