The responsibilities of a human resources intern include employee recruitment, compiling employee data, conducting background checks, answering employees’ queries, helping in recruitment efforts, pay role, employee engagement and HR programs.

Assist HR department in workers’ compensation claims Support to select and recruit employees

Perform administrative tasks such as managing personnel files Provide relevant data to the HR department in a timely manner Support to pay role ( Attendance, Salary advance, time sheet etc.) Perform data entry tasks to update employee records and personnel files

Schedule exit interviews of employees leaving the company Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
